Low Fidelity Prototype
I Connected all the screens to create a flow to make sure eligible residents can register to vote. This low-fidelity prototype was intended for the first round of usability study. The study provided feedback for the flow which was later used as insights and later implemented into the design based on priority.
Usability Study
The main findings of the usability studies are as follows
Criteria Button
Most of the participants were looking for a confirmation screen after selecting points for eligibility
Download Button
Most participant were finding it difficult to locate the link for downloading the form
Selection of BLO
Instead of searching through the list of entire BLO, participants were looking for some filter.
